SAIP Launches Intellectual Property E-Newspaper
As part of it’s duties and specialties, The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) announced the launch of the Intellectual Property E-Newspaper “IPN”, through which it aims to publish to the public all IP related aspects, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations associated thereto.
SAIP has explained that the “IPN” will be a new service among the chain of services provided by the Authority in order to satisfy the needs of the beneficiaries and to enhance the quality of services provided. In this context, SAIP further indicates that, in the said IPN, they will publish what is provided for by the Laws and Regulations of the WIPO and SAIP, with regard to the news related to Trademarks, Patents, Designs and Copyrights. Moreover, IPN will include some guidance and instructional materials prepared in collaboration with group of IP experts and officials.
