Extension of the Opposition Term for the Trademark in Gaza
In accordance with Article 46, The Trademarks office in Gaza has issued a decision that the opposition period of trademark applications published on March 7, 2021, has been extended up to Monday of June 14, 2021. Whereas the issuance of the Trademark Registration Certificates will be starting from 15/06/2021.
