Lebanon-Signing a Memorandum of Understanding Between the Lebanese University and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
The Professor Fouad Ayoub the President of the Lebanese University signed a Memorandum of understanding with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) represented by the Dr. Wissam Al-Ameel who is the Director of the Intellectual Property Protection Office in Lebanon.
The Memorandum aims to cooperation through developing the practical skills in the Postgraduate Education and other programs provided by the Lebanese University through the participation of the organization’s experts in training Postgraduate Students on various intellectual property subjects, and through the exchange of information, books and periodicals, organization of research projects, conferences, programs and joint training activities in Intellectual Property.
The two parties commended the “importance of cooperation in developing training programs related to intellectual property at the Lebanese University.”
