New Official Fees for all Trademarks, Patent, and Design Services in Sudan
The Sudanese IP Office announced that new official fees has been applied to all trademarks patent and design services including filing registration, publication etc.
The official fees have been implemented as from July 27th, 2021, and the new rates were published in the Official Gazette on August 5th and apply to all new and pending applications.
